In Journey of Finding Yourself

Just watched “Fight Club”. It is true that I can/have figure out the “surprise”. But I’m still amazed by its plot. Yes, you often do not know what do you want to be [the simplest question ever asked], you simply can’t answer that. We are raised by parents that wanted us “not to be like them”.

“You must become greater than us, your parents” sounds so familiar. For all those beginning years of our lives, the years that form who we are, we are told what to say when somebody asked: “When you grow up, what do you want to be?”

And our education did not help much either. We know we are trapped in a world that forms a group of robots that nod their heads saying “Yes, we agree”, and on the other hand shake heads and say “No, we don’t have any question”.
So what do we actually need to find ourselves? I can give you one: SUPPORT. With a simple tap on the shoulder saying “It’s cool” or “Don’t worry, you’ll get it next time”, we can determine ourselves.
We found ourselves in the middle of our friends and families that support us.

Tried to catch your light today, but the light of an angel doesn’t come chiefly.
