Actually its rather embarassing, I literally shed my tears in front of other, let me revise that, in front of a lot of people in a members meeting [I'll have to check on the dictionary fot that]. The thing is, it’s the end of my term as HMIF president [the term president is more preferable than chief] and the Board of Executives of HMIF must report our activities to our member. Being a HMIF president is also a personal thing to me, and when it comes to some few support by saying something nice, I acknowledged it as a very worthy reward, that somebody cared, that what I, or we Board of Executives, do, are appreciated.
